All products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party partner (Printful). This means that each item is produced specifically for you after placing an order.
Because of this, production times may vary and slight differences in color, placement, or finish may occur.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and may vary.
Robin Gnarly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Since products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at robingnarly@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
