Shipping & Returns — Gnarly Shop
How it works
Everything in the Gnarly Shop is made on demand. That means nothing sits in a warehouse collecting dust — your order gets printed and made the moment you place it. Better for the planet, better for the art.
Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping on top of that depends on where you are in the world, but typically:
- Netherlands / EU — 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world — 5–14 business days
You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Because everything is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Check the size guide before you buy — it's there for a reason.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong — that's on us. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at robingnarly@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll fix it. No drama.
Wrong address
Double-check your address at checkout. If an order gets returned because of a wrong address, reshipping costs are on you.
